you see transplants from PA meet up more because there are less of them compared to SC natives and natives of the south living in SC. a sports bar that isn't designated specifically for a NFL team is most likely full of Panthers fans. there is no need for the bars to stress the point, like they need to do for a pittsburgh fan bar.

should also point out Dallas and Pitt aren't holding their training camps in SC. Panthers are. fans that show up for training camps and practices are the real dedicated fans.

the beauty of locating Panthers in Charlotte is it reasonable driving distance from the Triad, Triangle, Columbia, Charleston, Greenville, and Asheville, along with Charlotte and York County. you can actually get to Charlotte in a shorter amount of time from the eastern part of SC than those people can get to a Clemson game.
Simpson vile with all due respect you do not have a clue what you are talking about. Charlotte was awarded the panthers because it was a rapidly growing metro of 1.5 million when awarded the team. It was among the 25 largest tv and radio markets. Tv and radio markets size mean money for sports teams. Market size means everything and that is why pro teams are in the largest markets. If you actually lived in a pro sports market you may understand some of these things. You are just making statements based on no knowledge.
