Sunday ~~ April 2, 2017 ~~ Another Sunday in front of Monday or is that behind Saturday?

To me the week starts on Sunday but to many others the week starts on Monday. I'm not sure when, why or how this got to be different to so many but it is and I suppose it is also one of those mysteries of the human thought process I will never understand. Honestly I just don't want to waste the time and mental energy it would take to have more thought about it than I have already written.
Going to a live performance is in my opinion the best entertainment, especially when your grandson is in the lead role. It is more than that though. It is the talent of those on stage with their lines, their physical actions, the dancing and singing and how they handle any technical difficulties that may arise during a live performance. The talent range in this play was 3rd grade through senior in high school.
It was wonderful to see how all of the performers interacted with each other before, during and after the performance. The number of chronological age did not matter to any of them. They were all as comfortable talking with those in 3rd grade as they were talking to a senior in high school as well as all of the adults who were there. The highlight of the entire performance was without doubt the amount of talent and the level of talent each performer is gifted with. There were big parts and small parts. Some with lines, some without lines. Some with singing and some without singing yet they all took their parts seriously, worked hard and kept the show going through the technical difficulties they did have. It was beyond refreshing to watch these young ones do their best for themselves and their audience.
I can only hope this experience carries throughout their entire lives and they always do the best they can for themselves despite the difficulties they will face in their futures.
I tasted a Dairy Queen Ice Cream Cake for the first time today and it was not cake like at all but it was very good. I can't say I would purchase one myself but I can say I probably would not turn it down if offered some again.
So another week started for me and I hope to get all current works of progress in crochet completed this week. Then I can start on a fresh batch of works in progress.
A few thoughts to ponder before I go if you choose to ponder them:
