Yes indeed, more population does equal higher costs. So good to see someone who understands new population growth equals new services and increased tax bills.

In MA, many cities and towns understand its costs more to have increased population, increased services and many of them have established tax payers funds so when a large parcel of land becomes available, they purchase it to help preserve the character of town and also because it will cost the taxpayers more in the end for the new development. Link to article in Ipswich, MA that recently became available. It would have been sold to a developer, but the town bought the property.

Look at the small tax increase to each homeowner and they now have land for their athletic fields.

I cannot be certain but to me, IMO it feels that many areas in the Triangle have lost a sense of their old self for the sake of new developments.

PS I am not a troll, I am only here to express my opinion.

That's why the optimum place to live is in the Englewood neighborhood of ****-Cago (Chicago), ILL--ANNOYED. Without fail, every week there's at least thirty, or more, shootings. If the goddamned ******s were better shots, there would be more homocides, too. Stupid ****in' ******s couldn't hit the broadside of a barn with a 9 mm Ruger if they were two feet away from the barn. C'mon ******s--take some lessons on how to shoot a gun. We White people want you to cause a murder to another ****** every time you pull the trigger. ****in' ******s are just SOOOOOO ****in' stupid and useless.
