To make long story short,her downfall came when Medicare C came,they discharged her to outpatient in apartment which she was not capable of handling.Medicare C took her off Medicaid,from there all down hill.
Her meds were expensive and she was unwilling to cooperate.
When they go off meds it takes several months to stabilize.The hospital gave up after several episodes.
