my Mother was born, he was in his 8th year as President.
My Mother was a wee bit over 8 months old the day Pearl Harbor was attacked.
My Mother has currently had 13 Presidents throughout her lifetime.
She has been married once, divorced once, has 2 children, 5 grand children and 7 great grand children.
On her next birthday she will be 76 years old and this is just a small example of all that has happened in my Mother's lifetime.
Anyway, I fell off of my voluntary yarn buying ban. Oh well, I can start again tomorrow.
I have been sick on and off the last few weeks.
We were gone Thanksgiving Thursday until Sunday and had a wonderful time spending time with family.
Lots of food, fun, laughs and wine.
I am going 3 -4 hours between cigarettes and I've lost 10 pounds.
My Brother In Law worked on my left arm and leg and it helped tremendously. He has also given me the name of a gal about 50 miles from us that he trained. I am going to make an appointment with her to continue what he started.
After 7 miserable years I am finally past menopause and I am already freezing and it hasn't even snowed yet.
I went back to POGO, I have completed 4 shawls in the last couple weeks and I have 3 more that are about half done.
We bought our grandsons boxed sets of books they want and new 3D bookmarks.
We still miss Walter very much and he has been in heaven a wee bit over 4 months.
Our cats are as neurotic as ever but we still love them both very much and enjoy their company.
Now that I have driven you to boredom I'll toss in a few thoughts to ponder if you choose to ponder them.
Who decided that specific berries were poisonous or edible?
Do you follow trends or your own path?
Do you see the difference between Antique White and Eggshell paint?
Has your shoes size changed as you have aged?
Did you know that the low man on the Totem Pole is actually the one with the highest tribal status and most respect?
Do you like cinnamon candies?
As usual I wish you restful sleep and peaceful dreams when it comes time for you to wander through your timbers of slumber.
