Single female in mid 30s looking to move near work at Emory and meet professional men

I think that when you set your top priority to be finding a man (or woman), you're rather putting the cart before the horse. In my experience (and after three husbands, I've got plenty), when you come to a new community your priority should be to establish a social network through work and extracurricular activities. Every love connection I ever made was through a mutual friend.
#1 was my college roommate's older brother.
#2 was introduced to me by a work colleague.
#3 was my best friend's next door neighbor.
Another plus is that you have people around to give you feedback on prospects, especially if they know their history. It's always best to keep your eyes wide open...
I wish you luck! You sound like a good catch, confident in yourself and what you want out of life.
Addendum: I agree with Forhall's comments about Lindbergh and Decatur.
Have you considered North Druid Hills? You're sitting right up against the northern edge of the Emory campus, and you'll find a ton of people in your demographic (and also affiliated with Emory). A trip to the local LA Fitness or Whole Foods will confirm that quickly enough.

I guess I haven't considered N. Druid Hills (where I actually work, haha) because I'm not a fan of all the traffic there, and when I went to Gables Emory Point I saw a ton of youngish students there. Post Briarcliff is a possibility since they even said they don't rent to undergrads, but they have nothing available right now. But I'm just not excited about that area, unless there's a particular apartment that's good for what I'm looking for...
