hunterseat df: Hunter Seat Equitation is a division that is judged on the ability and the style of the rider. The riders can be judged both over fences and on the flat.

Although true, hunters DO eat, at least the skilled ones do, my name derives from the world of horses.

And because the word hunter is in my name, people automatically think I'm a guy. Not even close.

Whenever I meet someone named Hunter I have to bite my tongue to keep from saying "That's my name, too!"

I'm going to try to talk a blog post. I can just speak it into my phone. even though my phone is not very smart, it's probably smarter than I am.

I just spent the most wonderful several weeks with my youngest son. He's 23. And he flew back to Mississippi yesterday. he's one of the funniest people I know. I probably enjoy being around him more than almost anybody else in the world. but the time went by and he had to leave.

as I walked my dogs today all by myself, it would have been easy to picture him back at the house reading his book. he was there just yesterday.

I noticed something else as I walked along the road. the acorns have begun to fall and its not even September. last year when they started to fall they were huge! I thought they might crack a windshield. everybody said it was going to be a really hard winter last winter , my first winter in Connecticut. but it really wasn't that bad.

This year the acorns aren't very big. not like last year.I wouldn't be surprised if we got a really bad winter this year.you just really don't know.in the South when the persimmons get right you can cut one open and if the seeds looks like a spoon it's supposed to be one kind of winter and if it looks like a fork or a knife or something and means another kind of winter.but I could never keep my silverware straight. and I'm not so sure I put my faith in that anyway.

the thing is time just goes by. it was just last winter with the big acorns, and now it's this winter with the little acorns. my dogs are getting older, and so am I. I don't really mind, except when I think of having to leave my kids. I feel like I'm the only one that's really here for them, even though I know they have other people. but I am their only mama.

sometimes you just have to let go and let God. and hope for the best.
