Stuck at 60

I am stuck at 60 jobs applied to in 2 months. At this slow rate I will never get to my "300 jobs applied to - to get 10 interviews - to get 1 job offer" goal.
Bah. This place can suck it.
Ok, either I really, really suck as a human being and I have NO workplace skills (good possibility there), or I live in the deadest area for jobs and employers are picky beyond belief for even simple part-time jobs.
Which one could it be?
I *feel* that there is this outside force stopping me from getting a job. Seriously. No matter what I do, nothing happens. I read here on CD others who apply for 1-2 jobs, fret about not getting a call in one day, then lo and behold they get the magic call on the 3rd day and they are hired!
What am I doing wrong. I had 7 interviews and I got NOTHING. No response, nada, nothing. I might as well have not applied to any jobs or went on any interviews, the result would have been the exact same.
I am still unemployed.
Yup, I am feeling sorry for myself. Suck it universe.
