Rock Walls in Far NW Arkansas

Yes, it's limestone. They are throwing in some geological terminology in the description. The Lower and Middle Mississippian term is a period of time about 350 million years ago when this portion of the earth was covered in water as an ocean. They mention deeper water deposition, meaning that most of the materials were deposited in deeper water (calcium rich materials like sea shells) that created this rock. The Kinderhookian is just another subset of time within the Mississipian. Hope this helps.
