I was checking out Craigslist this morning and I saw a new ad for a company I phone interviewed with on 5/4/16. This was for the Print Representative position. The woman I interviewed with (from the corporate office) said she would get back to me within 3-5 business days.
It is now the 7th business day and I haven't heard a peep from her. Instead I see the same ad reposted today, except this time it is not on a national job board, it was posted on my local Craigslist Jobs board.
Great! I applied for the position again. I figured maybe the local office couldn't get any "qualified" applicants from the corporate office after the big round of phone interviews.
Maybe my resume will get directly to the local hiring manager and I can bypass, the corporate, clueless HR drones.
One can always dream. Have to keep on trying, right?![OK](https://pics3.city-data.com/forum/images/smilies/oglvvd.gif)

Well that's "nervy." All the know-it-alls on the Job Seekers forum will tell you that you just pissed off that company. You have to sit back and wait for them to call or not call you. Either way - you take rudeness from them!
Oh, you can't have a sense of humor in the workplace either. Milquetoasts!Posted 05-14-2016 at 04:41 AM by IamDot -
Someday I'm going to find an Earthling that would like to make alot of money and is willing to hire someone who can make that person alot of money.
WHERE ARE YOU EARTHLING!Posted 05-14-2016 at 04:42 AM by IamDot -
If you ask a question on an internet forum these are the three responses you will get:
1. I don't have that problem (must be you)
2. You are going to die
3. Bananas!
Anyhoo...what is wrong with being "nervy" and reapplying to a job that is reposted? I would think the employer would see my resume again and think "wow, she really wants this job, she is a go-getter, let's give her a chance!"
But then I come back to reality, we live in a "do not offend me" world. To be "nervy" means you will offend someone, and one can NEVER do that.Posted 05-14-2016 at 04:48 AM by peebola -
Oh..and I was never rejected from the job. So I "ass"-ume when they repost a job I phone interviewed for then I can reapply.
