Best "Social/Community" subdivision....

That's sort of the issue. Every time I look online, I see more and more subdivision names so it's difficult to pick and choose. I've heard good things about a couple of neighborhoods, but it's always nice to hear from people who actually live in a subdivision and have nice things to say about it.
