6 months in

I've been out of work for 6 months now. It's been an odd thing. I've never been unemployed my whole adult life. I feel like some kind of loser, some kind of homeless person, some kind of odd out of step vagrant, a vagrant with a checkbook, a vagrant homeless person with sensibilities of a working person, yet without work.

Work provides identity, provides a backstory to prove we have value.....

What do we do without our backstory??? Do we cease to exist. Is our backstory more important than the front story. The voluntary jobless, the story-less among us.

Do guys such as our fav authors who are in a sense are just like me, they have no regular place go be on Monday morning, they are too in a sense vagrants, homeless, worthless perhaps... IDK... probably a bit harsh, but that is probably a reflection of our judgy society, we have to have worth, right?? A place, a role, a job, a purpose?

What ever do the trustfund babies and the lotto winners of the world do????
