Thanks for the advice! I'll have to check out that area while I'm near today! Fingers crossed I find a place...I'm ready to move haha

Look at the Avondale area around Hwy17 (aka Savannah Hwy) which Mex1 is on the fringes of. Not quite hip as OTR, but buzzing on Sundays for brunch or in football season.
