I am up north right now. We are fortunate to snowbird, but I have not fully retired yet. I will be back in February. We have plenty of people from the northeast including CT and MA. It probably is predominately midwestern folks here, but alot of Red Sox fans live here since this is the home of their Spring Training Facility.
I agree with you that central Florida is a little too cool for me in the winter.
