Human Based Morality and Ethical System

In the first place theists cannot provide the default proof that God exists.
In addition, I am 100% certain [within a philosophical framework] it is impossible for God to exist as real.
[Philosophical proof available].
Therefore it is impossible for God given morality to arise in reality.
From a very deep philosophical perspective humanity is progressing towards a framework of objective morality that is based on Kant's categorical imperative which has a set of 5 supporting principles.
The basis principle of the categorical imperative is;
[INDENT][B]CI-1 [/B][of 5]: [B]Act only according to that [/B][URL="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maxim_(philosophy)"][COLOR=#0066cc][B]maxim[/B][/COLOR][/URL][B] whereby you can, at the same time, will that it should become a universal law.[/B]
[/INDENT]From the above absolute moral principles humanity can establish various overriding objective [B]moral maxims[/B], for example;
[B]1. Killing of another human being is not permissible[/B]
Why is the above an absolute principle.
Applying the CI-1, if killing is willed at the same time to be a universal law, then every one will be able to kill anyone with one last man standing. Since there is no more females, the human specie will be extinct if killing is permissible.
Therefore 'killing is not permissible' must be an absolute moral principle.
Now this absolute moral maxim within a philosophical framework is not enforceable but merely a guide for human ethics and development of the conscience.
The objective in [B]ethics[/B] is for humanity to cultivate such a moral principle/guide to be effected in the consciousness of all human beings on a continual improvement on the relevant neural faculty of morality and ethics in the brain.
Note human ethics is not enforceable but need to be mentally developed within human consciousness.
In ethics when a person has killed someone against the absolute moral principle, that person will have activate his conscience and made continual improvements.
What is enforceable is not morality nor ethics but the [B]legislature & judiciary[/B] with the [B]political[/B] sphere.
The legislature will adopt the moral maxim 'killing of another human being is not permissible' and translate that to Laws with various provisions/exception and appropriate punishments.
What the theists are doing to enforce their maxim is to use the threat and fear of God to ensure no one kill another human being.
This is effective to an extent but it has its baggage, side effects and other negatives that impact on the progress and well being of humanity. Christianity with its God's Law hinder the progress of humanity in various aspects. The Islamic Allah do not killing in general but allow exceptions where Muslims has a no-holds-barred to kill non-Muslims like flies. The proofs of such evil killing is glaringly evident.
Note the absolute moral principle of killing another human being is not permissible is merely one example.
The human-based philosophical moral and ethical framework will cover all existing human values and put them on a dynamic wheel of continuous improvement towards a theoretical justifiable philosophical ideal.
The constraints of the morality and ethics of the illusory God is limited, rigid, immutable and provide no room to adapt to changes.
Soon whatever pros from the system of morality from an illusory God will be outweighed by its cons and thus need to be weaned off gradually and voluntarily in the future.
