November 2015 Real Estate Update for Temecula, California.
I’m sure you are either getting ready for family to arrive or you are heading out for the upcoming holiday. Temecula is feeling a little cooler and trees (not Palm Trees of course!) are changing to tans, oranges, and stunning reds. For this market trends report, I will be reporting current numbers for Temecula real estate and contrasting them with October results. As always my stats are based on single family homes with 3+ bedrooms and 2+ baths.
• # Active Temecula Listings in NOV: 340
• AVG Temecula Home Price in NOV: $528,000
• # of Closes in OCT: 130
• AVG Price of Temecula Homes in OCT: $449,300
• AVG Days on Market (DOM): 67
Active numbers in October haven’t changed that much. We had a total of ~ 350 homes listed last month and that number has only dropped by about 10 homes to 342. The listed price of these homes has decreased from $535,700 down to $528,500, so nothing too significant.
Back in September there were 158 homes that sold in Temecula and in October that number slowed by 27 closes down to 131. The selling price of these homes has increased slightly from $433,598 to $449,330. The days on market has increased this month from 56 to 67 currently.
