So much excuses for me. Time to quit.

Posted 11-30-2015 at 02:14 AM by chell00

I quit on my job 2days ago. 1st reason. Having so many shortages. Its not practical working for shortages.. Its like doing a charity work.. You work for shortages, how dumb i am for letting myself into that job for so many shortages.. I should have quit at the very beginning. 2nd reason, they let us wait for almost 2hrs (for cut off, where in we count the sales) but got no payment for that.. We are scheduled for 8 hrs, inclusive of 1hr break.. So basically we are paid for 7hrs of work..as stated in the labor code, 8hrs should be the minimum working hours, but not including the break. So we were supposed to be scheduled for 9hrs(with 1hr break), so we can meet the minimum working hours.. 9hrs of work is considered 1hr overtime work which is supposed to have the overtime payment.. But how can we have overtime payment when we only have 7hrs of work plus 1hour of waiting is only totaled as 8hrs? Last reason.. Our time schedule is not stable.. It could change everyday, or can be anytime.
