I decided to send you a pm because I know that if I put any suggestions out there people will start attacking me. I came across green tea hawaii, which 45 cups of green tea in one single pack. I mix it into 8 oz of water, 2x a day and it makes me full longer and sometimes I dont even feel hungry (I can go until 2 pm on busy days without feeling hunger). I definitely think it jumpstart my weight lost.
Plain green tea is good too since it burns fat. You were asking about a pill though I havent found one that I can stick with or works closest I got is the green tea hawaii.
