The summer has gone by so fast!! and I am happy that it is almost over in about a month. I am not a summer person, I much perfer fall and winter..
My son has started school again and I feel financially stressed with my part-time job. He is learning how to drive and is expecting a car which at this time I am not ready. Also a house that I own in Texas, is empty now and I have to pay that mortgage too. I have asked to work extra hours and it usually means weekends and evenings.
I would like to relocate somewhere with a new job as fulltime so I can provide better but I am torn about moving my son to another highschool again. He doesnt seem to be bothered but I worry about him suffering in silence! But then if we stay here, there are not many jobs available and we will have to put up with my income for now.

No, I'm not interested in renting. It's too stressful dealing with tenants!
