Working hard, all day, all night, every day, every night, nearly absent weekends, too. I know what this is. :(

I feel like our friendship has run its course as I feel us growing apart. I thought we'd be growing closer by now.

He started a new job and only this week has he been so busy that he didnt make time to talk to me except during brief breaks while working, and only twice this week we talked at night. He makes time to stay up late for others but not for me (I dont go t bed until 10-11) but Ill see he was up until 2 or 3am, and I just end up occupied with other things at night and having no one to say goodnight to but my housemates. I dont see any interest here. Yesterday we were supposed to talk after he got off work, he said, but he stood me up (I stayed up until after 12) and I anticipated it considering ever since my birthday we havent talked as often. He mustve been tired. His job is only part time but he says hes always working, even at night. All day and all night every day, every night apparantly. Whateva.

I just want more from this and I dont think he wants to give it to me, so this will be another "meaningful" friendship and emotional investment that just faded away.

Now I am alone but I guess also available.
