I personaly happen to know exactly where that is and yes its very busy especially during rush hour and that makes it less then desirable but that means it could make a great deal for someome if that doesn't bother you and the house is in great shape. On a side note I love that neighborhood, sad those nice post war homes are being torn down for mc mansions
