Being Treated Like A Child By My Parents

I am an adult but I have never been treated like one. My mother and father both treat me like I am still 15 years old. I am constantly blamed for all their problems, and emotionally scarred by their lack of caring about my well being...I sadly live with them due to not being able to afford to live on my own( NJ is expensive). I am never treated with respect and it has taken it's toll on me emotionally. I feel unloved and unwanted by the people that are suppose to have my back instead I am the scapegoat for all their problems. If I had the means to move and live on my own I would run far away from these people and most likely not speak to them for years sadly. My Grandmother who was my only shoulder to cry on passed away three years ago and after she died I have been in a haze of grief, I made myself physically ill due to the grief , and now I'm a little better but still feel sad due to the lack of support from my parents..I feel like the only way I am ever going to be free is if Someone dies, either my death or theirs...
