Except interconnected within a building

1) Saves money per person utility-wise (economy of space)

2) When something's wrong, everyone is affected so problem fixed immediately

3) You will have friends door to door writing dry erase messages so you will be less lonely

4) All the kids can play with each other in the courtyard quad and you just need a few people to volunteer to take turns to watch all the kids

5) We share our life stories on blogs and online so whats the big deal we all get a little closer and live nextdoor to each other?

6) You will feel forever young and nostalgic

7) You get to organize grassroots activities with your entire floor, raising one big voice

8) You can share microwave, oven, lounge space, not have to maintain your own equipment when each and every little thing depreciates

9) Snow shoveling will be a non-issue for one if not a non-issue for all

10) Costs of battling depression will drop significantly...social interaction reduces cost of medication and psychiatric solutions to loneliness...less envy less class disparity
