Cons: no garage sales permitted which greatly inhibits meeting people; clubhouse food is just ok; many cutbacks with new manager such as no more food delivery to pool; gym is too hot and thermostat is covered; monthly fees upon fees; only place to eat within three miles is a Sonic. After that, a fifteen minute drive to Tyler driving 70mph;
