House

My Brother in Laws house is a mess.

First, we had to get rid of the fleas, or, bring them down to a minimum, so we could work around them, sheesh.

Now, we called in an Industrial Dumpster, (20 cubic yards worth), and, in a couple of days will have that full.
Then, I can start evaluating whats wrong with the house!

We got a Roofer in there, to patch the roof for this year, we hope, (threw a bucket of tar on the valleys to seal them up).

I know there is some rot from the roof leaking for so long. (Thanks Randy for not telling me about that, when it started, sheesh).
There is also some damage from hail on the flat part of the roof, so, its going to be needing replaced soon.

Bugs, Bugs and more bugs!!! You go into that house and you are inundated with fleas!
Wife set off eight flea bombs, and that doesn't seem to be helping.

We did get rid of the cat and dog, so no flea factory is left, sheesh.

My Bro in law left me a mess.
Insulation out of the ceiling...Rotted floors, a back door, rotted so that a small cat or dog can get in!! sheesh.

Well, its a good thing my Son had some cash stashed away in the bank, cause he is going to use it all, with repairs...

Going to tell him, like I did my Bro in law, if it needs fixin, its up to you, since no rent is being paid to us. And, if you cant afford it, let me know before structural damages occur and I can get it fixed.

This time, Im telling my Son...No dropping dead on us!!

Been going to the YMCA three times a week, and walking a mile, each time I go there.
Of course, I gotta take three pain tablets, before I start, because of the pain in my back from a deterriating spine.
If I am below two hours of walking, (yes, it takes that long sometimes), then I may go and use a machine or two, in order to get my two hours in.

I aint losing any weight yet, but, not going for weight loss, just toning up of the body.
