You don't seem to understand the difference between whining and speaking up in the hopes of enacting positive change. Although... I'm sure plantation owners felt blacks were whining about wanting to be free and I"m sure many conservatives feel that homosexuals are whining about wanting to get married, so I guess it's a relative position. Personally, I don't think asking for equal consideration and respect when volunteering to risk your life to serve a country founded on religious freedom is whining, but that's just me.
