gardening and some other thoughts..

today, the weather turned out nice, so i decided to do some gardening outside for the first time. trimming was the first order of business as the trees and shrubs had overgrown form all sides. One side of my house has this little passage under an arbor which was impossible to pass. Now it is nice and clear. I felt like putting a chair and table there to do some writing there some evenings..
With the arrival of fall, I feel so joyous. Summer literally kills me!!
I was at work last night next to my computer in the Emergency room and this young guy comes to me and asks me if i enjoyed my work. I said it was ok, then he said what i have always told myself: "it looks like it is taking your soul away"!!!
I took my profession to please my mom. It was not my love or passion. I love being creative like: writing, cooking, gardening, and painting are the things i truly love. I just haven't found a way to make them pay for my livelihood!
