If you are going to slam me, the least you can do is read the entire post. That goes for all.

I never got the application before she gave the place to someone else.

Man, you must have had some bad renters. It's hard for many of you to recognize a good one.

I hear a lot about bad renters. I hear nothing about good renters.

Havinb been offered a choice out of several apartments I wanted was a good thing. That's how it SHOULD be.

I hear a lot of paranoia and stories about what a renter "like me" could do. Wow. I wonder how long your tenants stay?

That is a far cry from doing my homework to show that I am a qualified applicant.

The apartment owner was a first time renter whose places wasn't even the nicest place. It was just in the right town. Truth is, she didn't know what she was going. She was following the agent's instructions.

Oh, and what does Christian have to do with anything. We both go to the Same church.

Must you be Christian to hold good values?
