Are you living life under a Dome?

Posted 06-24-2014 at 07:23 AM by Fortoggie

Will you be watching, Under the Dome? The second season begins Monday on CBS. It’s a compelling concept. A huge invisible dome settles over the town and changes personalities and even the morals of the town’s people. I tend to think that a dome is over most communities and groups of people. Some invisible force hinders their progress. Some people figure out that they are under a constraint of some kind and try to place the blame on: the devil, God or the government all the while it could be nature, the economy or even some people in control that holds the community back. Others go into damage control and try to keep everybody calm. A third group are determined to find a way out. Still another group sees an opportunity to make a profit from the ever increasing shortages. If you decide to watch; consider the people in Haggai’s time and see if they were not under a dome of sorts. Ask if the Latino group starting a church down on Rossville Blvd. aren't also under an invisible dome?
