I own a 3BR house in Borough Park Brooklyn very close to Maimonides and a short commute to Methodist, Luthern and Brooklyn VA hospitals. Rent can be split amongst 3 roommates or entire house can be used by one family. It is semi-furnished and in move in condition. Available immediately before the July 1st start of your residency.
I have it listed with my realtor at www.dgbrooklyn.com under residential listings then use drop down menu for exclusive listings.
A rental discount can also be given.
