How does the dry hair affect your hair? :D

Oh wow!!! I might be having the same issue!
I have very dry/curly/thick. It did good in Ohio even though it was pretty humid (nothing like in the deep south), but I wonder in a dry weather how it will do. I definitely condition it often with hair masques, oils and SLS-free (and bad chemicals/detergents) shampoo (doesn't do anything to it here in the south, it just looks bad)
