People always say "AMADEUS" but he, himself preferred "Amadé". He would use "Amadeus" when clowning, as in "Wolfgangus Amadeus Mozartus".
No, he really did! The movie was fictional. REALLY fictional. 
this is from a favorite Opera, a must see in my opinion, AND for non-German speakers like me lol, find it with subtitles!!
