Spoke too soon

Well, it looks like we jumped the gun and spoke too soon.
My Wife's pain came back with a vengeance at 4:30 am today.
I could hear her moaning in her sleep, and then I reckon she couldn't take it anymore and got up and went to sleep on the chair.
Its unfortunate, she couldn't find the hot water bottle, (don't know if she needed the cold or hot part of it, as she already has a freeze pack she uses to cool her leg when it gets 'hot' on the nerve).
She is relaxing now, taking it easy, and not straining herself by doing laundry.
She is taking her advil, and doing her exercises.
She needs to get on all fours, on the floor, and arch her back like a cat, and then, belly down to the floor as far as she can go, to strengthen her 'core' muscles... Oh, she also needs to wiggle her butt LOL..(I gotta see her doing this, and tell her if she is doing it 'just right' LOL
).
OK, Wife needs me to help wrap the cellophane around the Easter Baskets, so, it gives me something to do today
