at work

I am at work and quiet tired because I did not sleep well last night and it is such a drag having to work a 10 hour shift feeling tired.
The hospital is packed more than usual. All kinds of patients. Nurses keep calling for their meds and I have to keep busy with their demands but the good thing is that day goes by so fast.
But thank you lord for having a job that pays well and is not too demanding. I have every reason to be thankful.. and before I know it, I am almost at the end of my 3 days workweek.
