Bulging Disc - Car - SKS

My Wife was hurting something fierce yesterday, and decided to go to the Emergency Room to get a shot in her back! (This is a huge thing, when she goes and cant stand the pain... says it was like fire all down her leg).
The Doctor in the ER says she has a bulging disc, and thats why she is in so much pain now.
FINALLY, at least we know what it is, and can get it treated! Now, we look for a Neurosurgeon to handle the disc, because of the nerves inside the spine.
What I read on the Internet, it seems that its a good probability with old age, that everyone will suffer with this condition...sheesh! What happened to those 'Golden Years'??? Dagnabbit...
Well, we see our Family Doctor sometime next week, and will get options on where to go from him. (Yes, I already looked into Neurosurgeons that are on my Insurance Plan, but, a lot of times you need a referral).
Im opting for Chiropractic help first, because I know a lot of people from my Work, that went there and found relief from a Chiropractor, and didnt need surgery...
Lets hope that, they can do something, now that they know whats wrong with her.
The last Chiropractor only took X-rays, and that didnt show a bulging disc. It only showed that some discs were out of place, because her spine was twisted a bit, (even I could see that, and Im not a doctor!).
We shall see what goes on.
My Daughters Boyfriend bought a car. lets see, the car had the doughnut on the back wheel, an oxygen sensor was bad, and the back window is off the track. This is what we know of it, so far, and thats only one day after buying it LOL. I know the feeling of having to have a car, any car, when your young, so, who can fault this young rascal.
But, anything happens to my Daughter, if she travels in this bucket, Im going to be mighty pissed off at this guy for a very long time! I shall trust in the LORD about these things, to do with her, as HE wills.
Son is still buying equipment for his rifles and pistols.
He missed out on a Mossen Miguant (spelling is way off, Im sure, but, thats what it sounds like).
He showed me a round, from one of those rifles, and that thing is a BEAST!! HUGE like nobodys business... Im impressed!!
I told him, if he ever gets his hands on one, that I want to fire the rascal
Having fired my single shot, shotgun, and knowing how it kicks, I want to feel that big thunder stick go off and see it hit paper.
He is thinking of going to Cabellas to look for another Mossen Miguant, since he didnt get this one in time. (Yes, I told him to get it, if he wants it so badly, because a good rifle will not stay on the shelf long, and, apparently, this one didnt as expected).
He and his buddies, bought a thousand rounds each, for his SKS Rifle.
But, he has to get all the cosmaline out of the thing, before he can even think of firing it.
I told him to pick up some mineral spirits from a paint store, if he cant find any solvent, to eat the cosmoline out of the rifle.
Soaking it overnight, will take out a bunch, then, brushing it out, and blowing it out, then resoaking it, until all the cosmaline is out of it, then oil that puppy down until it drips in oil! Only way to get it all out and squeaky clean.
He has been watching all the videos on his SKS and also, for the Mossen Miguant he wasnts to buy, on YouTube. Some of those torture tests they put the varioius rifles though is amazing, and whats even more, that the rifles even come out unscathed!
As hard as I am to impress most of the time, Im amused that some one would do it, (trying to beat down a good rifle), and impressed that the rifles even pass the test and can still fire afterwards!
Of course, my Son wont be doing anything stupid with his weapons, but, he does like to go to the firing range a lot, with his buddies, so that thousand rounds of ammo will be dissapearing quick, after he gets the cosmoline out.
Im going to have to go with the boys and see what they are firing, and mooch some time with thier weapons LOL... Old folks can get a few rounds off kids, because they want to see just what I can do, being an ExMarine
