Strength Among The Geriatric Population

I've never worried about strength; I never been to a "gym". Normal activities have always been plenty to provide me with the strength I need for normal tasks. At the age of 70 I can still do anything I've always needed to do. Never having participated in "sports", "fitness", or manual labor I've never suffered from the many ailments of those who have who have participated in these. People whose lives have been dedicated to intellectual pursuits don't seem to have these troubles. I would add that a job or a business can be very much an intellectual pursuit.

Hire others to do physical labor; you'll be healthier for it.
