Fairness in the work force.
For the past several weeks I have been trying to help a young guy find a job. Around here it seems you almost have to go through a temp service. Not only do they gobble up, $2 to $3 per hour but they are also in a position to cheat the worker out of some of their money. Nevertheless we went that route and he was hired on at $7.25 per hour.
My man was assigned to a furnace with a conveyor running through it and they told him to load it on this end, push the button and load it some more and then run to the other end and un- load the hot material when it came out at the other end. This he did all day long with two short breaks. It was only near the end of the day that he learned that there was supposed to be one person loading and another unloading.
Not only did he feel that he had been taken advantage of but at the end of the day the owner came driving up in a $ 200,000 plus Lamborghini.
It doesn't help the morale of a worker to see such a distortion in the work place.

This is the result of an American System which never got the "Seek a Slave" motivation out of their system. Unfortunate as it is, our University have followed that mentality in how they train its graduates. Now days, it has morphed into a color blind process. Far too many of these wrongly self entitled University Trained Goons will follow the "seek a slave" training mentality they were instilled with, in any ethnic group whom is poor, whether its on American Soil or Foreign Soil.

Realize there is still "EVIL" People in the world, who prey upon others. These types are no less of a cut from the same mentality cloth as the Slaver's of the 1700's. They live by avarice and greed, with no concern for the dignity of human life. yeah ive worked for a few temp agencies in the past they love hiring people bec they get money your working hard for they suck ! I haven't worked for a temp agency for awhile won't anymore not since i got laid off after working for a company through them for two years was told i was being hired on the next day i was let go **** temp agencysPosted 03-09-2014 at 09:58 PM by vicknair86

It's been a few weeks now and the fellow I was trying to help went to another job. He worked one day and then a week later went by to get his check at the temp place. They said there was no record of his work and therefore no pay. He had no recourse.Posted 04-04-2014 at 11:43 AM by Fortoggie
