Clayton County GA is NOT a bad place to live!

UGGGGH! If I see 1 more post about how bad Clayton county is. Really. :mad: If you wanna move far North or to the middle of no where (Alpharetta,Braselton,Cobb move! Hope you don't get caught in Avalanche in those high GA mountians. :crying: laughing! I lived in GA all my life. I'm from the south side. People who have never even been to Clayton County GA where Riverdale is located always have the most to say. What no 1 talks about are the great things in "Clayco" (what the kids call it) have to offer. Like lots of shopping and dining. Great night lounges and bars. A hospital that is now an affiliate of Emory Hospital. Great for kids they will love it! Southlake Mall. AMC Southlake 24 Movie Theatre. Over 16 city parks 4 state Rec centers through out the county. (Countless pools; gyms; even centers; basketball courts; excercise rooms and lots of sports for kids) They are always having something to keep the community coming together. Clayton county has a man made beach which is so fun in the summer. (Its the beach they used to hold the 1996 Oylmpic Volley Ball games) A year round amusement park called Fun Juction which is far cheaper than Six Flags. The school system did loose there accreditation a few years ago. But that was because of some power trip within Board of education not the teachers. As far as crime goes yes there is some crime. However ClayCo is not the place you want to commit a crime. The police are not a joke. You get a fine for not mowing your lawn! Yes if yard is not the par you will get a fine. Helps keep pride of ownership. Very diverse with all races and cultures. Which is good for children to see. Cause in the real world, the only color that matter$ i$ Green! ;) You also get a lot house for your money. So to people who say don't want to move to Clayton County; we say with all Southern Hospitality "Thank you and much obilige!"
