Kids playing on the street (Tampa Bay / Palm Harbor)

I am moving back to FL. I left a great neighborhood (husband doesn't want to go back to that area, too far north) in Lutz, great because there were kids out playing everyday. I want that again. Please list specific neighborhoods for me to look in. I want to be in the Sickles HS district if we go back to Tampa OR the East Lake HS or Palm Harbor HS if we go to that area. I do not want to be in an "empty nester" neighborhood that is starting to turn over…. already turned over is ok. I am looking in the 550k and below range.
