What is the going rate in your area for hiring local kids? I'm happy to pay a fair wage, but I don't know what that would be.

Do you usually provide equipment (I have an electric snow shovel + a regular snow shovel)?
I have a small snow blower and a about a 3' push snow blade which is many times faster and easier than a snow shovel if the snow is only up to about 4". Deeper than that it is my snow blowers job. I charge from 20$ to 35$ depending on the size. Obviously I don't take the jobs where there is room to park 4 cars across and 27 cars long.
