3rd session of physical therapy

Well I have been instructed to do physical therapy 3 times a week. Today was the third session. I am still in terrible pain when I activate my left arm. Moving my arm up and to the right are the worst. My physical therapist took it easy on me today due to my pain. The main goal for my by my therapist is just to keep the movement going so I don't wind up with a frozen shoulder. I am not sure what frozen shoulder is exactly but the way he described it was loss of range of motion. So I am doing my best to bear with the pain and keep it moving. Ice and Heat everyday for about 10 minutes and they have been putting and anti inflammatory patch on my shoulder after each session. I have also been given a few pieces of equipment to take home to utilize. Which leaves me sore but I have to do it. I wish this was over already. I am scared for next week. They are sending me to an bone and joint specialist to put a steroid shot directly into my left shoulder joint. I will be thankful if it works but after what i have been through this past month I am scared to have anyone near me with a needle especially when its on the same arm that has already been injured. Ive gotta keep hope and pray this will get better.
