Tetanus injury day one after a session of physical therapy

Well today is day one after my physical therapy. I am in pain and cant stand it. I just want them to find the problem so it can be fixed. Some of my troubles are with steering while driving. Making right handed turns are the most painful. I drive a manual so I have to shift with my right and steer with my left arm that is having all these problems. It feels as though there is something locking and slowing down the motion in my shoulder when it stretches out to towards the right while steering the wheel. It's painful. I absolutely hate this. I'm not the type to feel sorry for myself but its getting discouraging that this pain has not gone away. And even though the therapy hurts I'm doing it with hopes of some kind of improvement.
Sleeping is the worst, well actually the waking up part. When I get up my shoulder feels as though there was 20 lbs just pushing down on it. And the pain is localized in one spot it has not spread down the arm or to any other part of my shoulder. It just doesnt make any sense that the doctors have not found the cause of it. I am really fearful if the tetanus administration may have caused some nerve damage. All I can really do now is pray for things to go back to normal so I can go back to normal. I really would not wish any thing like this to happen to anyone. Not only is it painful as I have mentioned before but now I am scared of any kind of vaccine that is administered in the arm. And the next step for me if therapy does not work is a possible steroid shot directly into my shoulder joint.![Crying](https://pics3.city-data.com/forum/images/smilies/sad4.gif)
