Move from Orange County to Naperville

Hatchetman: Where exactly do you think People "escaping" CA move to?? Please share the details of this paradise.
We have given moving to Naperville serious thoughts. We have done enough research and can't compare Oranges to Apples. There are always good and bad issues with any given State or a city. We are looking at long term benefits in terms of good public schools, real estate, college education and job market.
Have you ever lived in Orange/LA county. We have our own share of bad traffic and corruption in state... in fact CA is almost on the verge of bankruptcy. Cost of living is very high with sales tax 9% and State Tax is 8.25%. The property tax is 1% but the Real Estate is so high that they better keep it at that. I hope these reasons are good enough to consider moving out of here.
