26 and looking for a career

I'm 26, graduated with my Bachelor's at 22 with a degree in English and Psychology. Always wanted to be a therapist, and recently started an MSW program. I am not that interested in the program, and starting to think therapy might be too emotionally draining for me. I also have considered teaching.
Most people I have talked to have said that eventually you stop seeking a passion and you just want a practical career that can provide for yourself/a family.
For the past 3 years I have been working in pharmaceuticals, but the company is small and my hours were cut - which was fine because I was starting this degree.
I am thinking I would like some financial stability (and something more lucrative), and now regret not being a business major and having some finance/accounting skills - I did alot of math in high school and was naive about majors in college...
Was anyone a liberal arts major who was able to get into the business world? I am trying to apply to jobs in pharma and considering an MBA with a pharmaceutical management track. Since my job is alot of admin work, would an MBA program even accept me?
I also have a friend with an MA in comm who has had jobs with great corporations
.
Is an MBA the only way to go or am I better off continuing in the social services/teaching field?
