Daughter's Childhood

My Daughter is broken hearted today...
She found out that the Rug Rats characters were all based on dead babies and drug addicted girls in real life, and now she is bummed out LOL
All her childhood cartoons, were all she grew up with, and each one of them had something 'wrong' with them!
Tarzan was half naked, Cinderella stayed out late, Snow White lived with 7 men, and who knows what other child hood fantasies were either illegitimates, illiterates, illegal, or otherwise and now its affected her as an adult, for the realization that childhood was a big mistake...
She should have skipped it and went right to adulthood with all its nuttiness ROTFLOL
I wish you well my child...

Wasn't sure if this was tongue in cheek or how serious you are; still the movies that our kids are growing up with are also deficient in characters.
