Driving from Columbus OHIO to Raleigh: how safe is the drive through West Virginia? Any advices? :)

I'd agree that the road IS tricky if it rains. Downright dangerous if it snows. I'd absolutely NOT drive it at night. But I put on my 'big girl panties' and do it when I need to. And I still enjoy the scenery.

I'm leaving Ohio by 3 pm, so I don't know, I might get to the WV around 9ish...
I checked the weather: no rain (chances: 10%), so that's good.
