One of the finest neighborhoods in the South of Denver Suburbs is BackCounty in Highlands Ranch. This is a gated community that is absolutely surrounded by beauty, nature and many home sites have stunning views of the Rocky Mountains.
Prices are $500,000 (not many at this price) and go up to over $2,000,000. Custom Homes start at 1.5 million dollars.
Sundial House is for BackCounty residences and has a beautiful lounge and pub area, kitchen, work out facilities and much more. There is a beautiful pool that is nicely hidden from view for the residences as well.
The best part is miles of trails for bike riding and hiking in Back Country.
