Day at the park..... Child that is not mine!!

So today me and my soul mate took our daughter to the park. Sounds like it would be fun right? A nice family day at the park. 
Well everything started out good. First, we ran the exercise trail while our daughter rode the scooter. I blew them both away. I love to run!!
Then my soul mate
found someone to play basketball with, as I am no match against him. I stand five feet tall and he is 6 foot 7in. So I took our daughter over to the park area to play.
There were what seemed like a 100 little kids running around the playground. So I get my daughter interested in playing with friends and have a seat.
Within a few mins a little boy no older then 2 comes and grabs for my daughters scooter. SO I tell him he cant ride it. Now the mother to this child is no where to be seen. He continues to be persisted, so I try and lower it but it would not lower. The little boy starts to scream and after about two mins his mother appears.
So you would think the mother would watch their child from that point on!!! No sir, not so.
So I start running on the play ground with my daughter and now he's running with us. I was ok with that. After 25 mins of doing that my daughter wanted to go to the swings.
The swings are far from the play ground so we start to head over there. This little boy follows us while the mother is talking to her friends at a picnic table far from the playground. She does not even see him follow us over there. So we go back to the play ground. I did not feel comfortable with someone elses baby following us so har away from his mother.
Back on the play ground this poor little boy is having me put him on the monkey bars and climb the fire pole, like me and my daughter.
Eventually he wondered away and tried to have some male pick him up. This made his wife come up to me and tell me my son is over by them. I am not sure if she was watching me with him or if it was because I was the only white woman there with a bi racial child.
Anyways I told them that he was not mine but went and turned his direction back to the play ground. Mean while the woman was still not paying attention to her child!
I am writing this because everyone should keep an eye on their child at the park! It is not a free time to chill while your child roams with other families!! Anyone can walk off with your child!!!!! If you take your kid to a park please watch them!!!
