Hello , I have been thru the same situation . I had a baby in September and c - section probably didn't hurt as much as boils at incision . I have tryed different kinds of antibiotics for over six months . Each combination works for about a week maybe two , once you miss a dose those damn thinks come back twice as big and twice as painfull . Side effects are not even worth trying .
What really helped me to heal and feel good was the natural stuff ( I know I didn't belive it my self at first , how can herbs and natural remedies can help , modern medicine is stronger and way better at cure than some herbs ) I had no choice than giving a try . My doctor told me that he is giving me the last possible combination of meds that can help . After that treatment fails only option is surgery ( groin area , under breasts , and underarms ) didn't sound so great !!! Being just couple of months after c-section . I didn't want to go into surgery again ( had one 2 years ago )
Cutting in to chase . What helped me was:
Colloidal silver ( you can get it at GNC -$20 )
Natural probiotics with over 12 mil live bacteria ( I got mine at whole foods - $30)
Garlic in tablets , odorless ( Walmart or any other place -$10) apple vinegar ( 3$)
If you are willing to try massage me and I will let you know how to take all this stuff it really worked for me I could see the difference in about 2 days !!!!! Now I can walk bend and wear a bra without pain !!!! Feels awesome . Wish you good luck and lots of patience with a baby

Hi! My name is Amy and I was diagnosed with HS in January 2013. I have found several things that work for me such as a 5% benzoyl peroxide body wash, clindamycin gel daily, my diet. I have completely changed my diet avoiding sugars, fast foods, white breads, white rice, etc. I stick to foods that are antinflammatory and help boost the immune system. I have a blog that you can view talking about all my tips and tricks that have worked for me. Unfortunately, what works for one person does not mean it will work for another
