Here's today's poll:
Buyers and Sellers: National Real Estate Firm or Local Independent Firm?
What type of firm, if any do you prefer to work with as a buyer or seller of property?
I like polls.
They get responses from CD Members who may not otherwise post in the forum on a topic. And rather than scrolling through a forum of posts, one can see a total count of how members think.
Every time I create a poll, it comes from a spark of an idea, and then I realize how difficult it can be to form questions that encompass the possible range of answers adequately without being so long a list it deters members from responding.
I leave polls open permanently, so if one finds the poll in a year and has an opinion, they can still weigh in.
